He doesn't have to confirm with anyone, he will directly work on the best prices. Bring your numbers from KBB and NADA to the table, he will entertain reasonable offers. The whole dealerships employees great customer service and honest. You test drive the vehicle, they will listen with you for any problems and will correct it and also will recommend or not recommend buying it until it's fixed. For example, I had a check engine light came on, they scanned and provided me the results, it was an O2 sensor, due to having an exhaust system. They want to make sure cars are safe for you before purchasing. Remember this are used cars and usually from different sources, especially auctions.
