⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Amazing Car Buying Experience!As a first-time buyer from a car dealership, I was honestly very nervous about the whole process. I had heard and read tons of bad reviews about different dealerships, and even one bad review was enough to make me seriously doubt a dealership. That’s why I was very careful about where I decided to buy.But Ken and his team far exceeded my expectations and completely changed my view of buying from a dealership.I guarantee you will have a way better experience here than at other car dealerships you’ve ever been to. They went above and beyond to make everything easy and stress-free for me.I work a 9–5 job, so I explained to Ken that my only free time was Saturday and that my schedule was very limited. I also needed to coordinate with my bank and arrange a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) with a mechanic of my choice.Ken and Lori and his team were incredibly helpful. They actually drove the car to my mechanic on Friday so I could have the PPI done before I even came in. The inspection report came back great, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Because they helped me get everything handled ahead of time, I was able to have my money ready and come in Saturday to test drive the car myself.The entire process took about an hour, and I was driving my new baby home! 🚗❤️The communication was fast, clear, and efficient, and most importantly, the car was in absolutely wonderful condition.I 100% recommend buying a car from Ken and his team. They genuinely care about their customers and take care of you instead of just trying to make a sale.For me, this was my first dealership purchase, and they set the bar extremely high. They performed beyond what I expected from a dealership.If you’re thinking about buying a car from them, DO IT! You won’t regret it. We had a really great experience with Auto Galaxy. Came in for a used car and all staff were super kind and helpful. They let us test drive the cars we were interested in and were super accommodating. They answered all our questions and provided free carfax reports. No pressure at all, very nice people!
